When trying to assist users with local IT support, it often is hard for the user to explain their problems, and difficult for the helpdesk staff to understand where the problem lies.
Option Development use LogMeIn remote control system to be able to assist users directly on their computers as long as an internet connection is available.
This is a safe and secure system for remote control and does not pose a threat to the company or local machines. Every remote control session is logged, and the user gets a notification window on his/her desktop that shows that a remote session is in progress.
