Manage and operate access to your meeting rooms with Evoko. This smart interface is connected to your Microsoft Outlook/Exchange servers and communicate when your meeting rooms are available and when they are booked. You can also book a meeting directly from the device and in this way make more efficient use of your resources.

Evoko also display what meeting is taking place, who booked it and for how long it will last. Using this will help inform other people when resources will be available and will keep them from interrupting the meeting. When a meeting is in progress the Evoko changes color from green to red, showing everyone that this meeting room is booked and in session.

You can also report errors and needs directly from the Evoko room manager. This beeing problems with projector, missing whiteboard, problems with screen, telephone problems ,lighting or other technical problems. This will then be reported by e-mail directly to the persons responsible.

The screen has a touch panel interface and are very easy to use for all groups of users.
